If you have contacted Taxcode India Advisory Pvt Ltd through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp, you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes any data received through the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta), such as your phone number, profile name and message history with us.
Send an email to the address below from the email or phone number you used to contact us, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Let us know which number or email you messaged us from, so we can locate and remove the correct records.

We search our records, including WhatsApp conversation history and contact form submissions, for any personal data linked to you.
Your personal data is deleted from our systems and from our WhatsApp Business account within 30 days, and we'll confirm once it's done.
If you are an active or former client, Indian tax, company and audit regulations require us to retain certain engagement records (such as filings, invoices and supporting financial documents) for a legally mandated period, even after a deletion request. In that case, we will delete all data that is not subject to a legal retention requirement, and clearly explain what remains on file, why, and for how long, when we respond to your request.
If you simply want to stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us without deleting your historical data, reply "STOP" to any message from our WhatsApp number, or let us know by email. We will not send further messages to that number.
